Community Guide for DDA/DSHS Clients 

Community Guide & Engagement is a service provided through DDA (Development Disabilities Administration) for individuals with mild intellectual disabilities who live in their homes but need assistance accessing community resources. The community resources may include:

  • Going to the library.
  • Going to sports events.
  • Filling out applications 
  • Going to a group class
  • Going to the post office 
  • Going to meetings or doctor’s appointments 
  • And so much more based on the individual need
