Supported Living for DDA/DSHS Clients

What Is Supported Living?

Supported Living is a service sponsored by DDA (Developmental Disability Administration) for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities but delivered by contracted agencies such as Vibrant Health Homecare.

The goal of supported Living is to support individuals with disabilities to live an enhanced life in the community and support them to either maintain or learn new skills relevant to their personal goals.

If you’re interested in this service, please talk to your DDA case manager and ask them to send your referral packet to Vibrant Health Homecare.

We are a trusted choice for senior care and services for individuals with disabilities across Washington. To achieve this, we continuously build on our skills and knowledge, with regular training and updates on best practices, so we can always offer reliable, evidence-based care.
