All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We strive to provide high-quality care, but services are not intended as a substitute for medical care.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their care needs and home environment. Failure to do so may result in delays, modifications, or cancellations of services.

Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the pricing and schedule agreed upon during the booking process. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. Late payments may incur fees, and services may be suspended or terminated due to non-payment.

SMS Messaging Program

Our SMS messaging program allows clients to receive important updates, reminders, and promotional offers.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to referrals@vibranthealthhomecare.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of Liability

Vibrant Health Homecare is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled first through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration, according to the laws of Tacoma, WA, and will govern any disputes arising under these terms.
