I hope this newsletter finds you in Vibrant Health!
It has been almost a month since Team USA faced Belgium in the FIFA World Cup, and now that the excitement of the tournament has settled, I find myself reflecting on something that has stayed with me. Although Team USA didn’t advance, the match reminded me that great teams are not defined by a single result—they are defined by how they work together.
Many of us had the opportunity to experience the World Cup in different ways. I was fortunate to watch the match live at Lumen Field, while many of our clients, caregivers, and office team gathered in our conference room to cheer together. It was wonderful to see so many people united around a shared experience.
Watching the players compete reminded me that every position on the field matters. Some players score goals, while others quietly defend, organize, and create opportunities for their teammates. Homecare is much the same. Our caregivers, Client Service Coordinators, schedulers, office staff, and leadership each play a unique role, but together we form one team with one mission: providing exceptional care to every client we serve.
The World Cup also reminded me that wearing a jersey means representing something bigger than yourself. Every time we enter a client’s home, answer a phone call, or support a family, we proudly represent Vibrant Health Homecare and the values we stand for. Exceptional care isn’t the result of one person—it’s the result of an exceptional team working together every day.
💡 This Week’s Takeaway
We may play different positions, but we all wear the same Vibrant jersey. Every role matters because every client matters.
💭 My Two Cents
I was cheering hard for Team USA, but I left Lumen Field reminded that great teams are built on trust, not just talent. That’s one reason I’m so proud of the team we’re building at Vibrant.
