Over the last few months, we have been implementing an employee rewards program, Caribou Points, to recognize team members who are going above and beyond to make Vibrant Health Homecare an exceptional place to receive services and to provide services for clients and employees, respectively!

On Mar 17, 2026, we released bulk recognition rewards for team members who met various criteria, but today we want to focus on the members who topped the charts in each category.
