Hello Employees and Community Partners;
In this first issue of “The Weekly Pulse@Vibrant,” I would like to thank everyone who contributes to the mission of Vibrant Health Homecare in whatever capacity they do. Employees who show up every day and support our seniors and individuals with disabilities, I see you. Community partners who join hands with Vibrant Health Homecare, I see you. Clients and Guardians who have trusted their needs with us, thank you very much!
I, for one, have the absolute pleasure of having a bird ‘s-eye view of how everything works out in a well-coordinated maze that delivers the service to our clients. Truth be told, sometimes it is chaotic, other times it is well coordinated, other times it is patch and go, but through it all, Vibrant “Goes above and Beyond” to ensure that our clients receive the services that were promised, even if that means a member of the office staff covering the shift.
Speaking of Going Above and Beyond, in a recent office meeting, I learned about three employees who exemplified our value of going above and beyond. When they learned that an event would cause a client to miss a scheduled medication, they developed a plan to ensure the medications were delivered and taken. They could have documented that the client was not present, but they understood how important it is to take the medications. Enos, Eunice, and Kelvin, we see you!
